Connection In-hotel Family Child Care service is available for the Kentucky Derby, Ryder Cup, business meeting,
reunion, or any occasion that brings you to our area!
Our In-hotel Family Child Care gives parents the opportunity
to spend time in meetings, shopping, or entertainment pursuits while their children are safe and happy in the care
of our professional caregivers. We will come to the hotel room and care for siblings
in one family while parents need to be away from them. Or, if there is a group of
families traveling together that wishes to arrange for child care in the hotel, we will work with parents to
obtain meeting space in the hotel and set up an on-site group child care program. Our caregivers
require payment for a four hour minimum each time they come to the hotel.

How much does
Kids Fun Connection In-hotel, Family Child Care cost?
|
Our regular rates are $13.00 per caregiver per hour. One caregiver may
care for up to 3 siblings, depending on their ages and any special needs. For holidays and during
Derby Week, our rates are $20 per caregiver per hour. If there is a fee for parking at the hotel, this amount must be
reimbursed. A meal must be provided for caregivers who are with children for more than six consecutive hours.
When caregiver must travel more than a half hour or 20 miles to reach location where care will be provided, there will be
an additional fee of $6.00 per hour for travel and $.40 per mile.
We require a four hour minimum and a non-refundable session deposit of
$52 ($80 for holidays) must be made prior to scheduling of services. The deposit will be applied
to the total cost of the child care. Payments of the non-refundable deposit by personal or business check must
be received in our office at least 10 business days prior to care. Otherwise, MasterCard and VISA will
be acceptable for payment of the non-refundable deposit. The balance of the fee for care will be payable at the beginning
of care and may be paid in cash, traveler's checks, or by MasterCard or VISA.
